The quality of service and mechanical work is exceptional. From the moment you walk in the office it’s a pleasant experience from the office staff to the mechanics.

We have been using ProTech for around 5yrs and have only been very happy for the experience. Once a dealer in Austin recommended we replace a part at a cost of over $1000.The guys at ProTech informed us that it was unnecessary when we asked them to do it for us. Their work is of the highest caliber, they are quick and very reliable

Came in for an oil change and ended up with a lot more. Yes, the oil change was quick, but so was the once over of the belts, brakes, fluid levels and bringing all four tires up to the proper pressure. Ryan was happy to report that there are no current issues with my Camry. Next up will by wife's Subaru Forrester.

They explain the vehicle status regarding problems and options, so even if you don’t have a lot of mechanical knowledge,, you can make decisions that work for you. Their levels of attention to detail and customer service is hard to find anywhere else.

I’ve brought both of my vehicles to Pro Tech on various occasions and feel like they have always done great work at fair prices. They have also provided candid and honest opinions on items or parts that were not necessarily ready for replacement. I find that to be a sign of a truly honest business organization.
