These guys are great. As a one-car family, when I broke down at 1pm in the afternoon, I started to panic - ALL other auto shops were busy and wouldn't see us that day, we stumbled upon Pro-Tech and I'm so glad we did! They saw us right away, diagnosed the issue with their code reader for free (which I know some other places actually charge for). They were upfront with costs and timing from the start, and I felt like they were really honest. Although this mechanic shop is almost an hour away from where I live, I decided to give my old mechanic the boot and make this my new shop - they do major repairs & oil changes! Thanks Evan & team! (FYI, not much of a waiting room, so bring your own entertainment + drinks, otherwise its pretty boring, though there is a kids playground nearby).
