That's rare, and it makes a *huge difference in the quality and level of service. Your problem is personal for them. Prices are fair, explanations are clear. If they can save you money, they will. They go out of their way to know their customers, their priorities and fix it right the first time, standing behind the work they do. Ever felt the level of service at a business is so good you hope it'll always be there--almost feel like they're on your team? That's how I feel about this place. Exceptional. If I sound like an evangelist, it's because they're truly "one of the good guys" in local small business. The service advisors are friendly and accommodating and seemed genuinely happy to have me as a customer.
