To help piece together what happened, our system call logs show several calls to the primary contact number ending in xx38 that unfortunately went unanswered. We also had several days pass between the time we sent your detailed vehicle inspection report and when we received the approval to continue. It wasn't until we reached out to the alternate phone number ending in xx76 that we were able to connect. As you mentioned, your van had a complex list of multiple concerns that required extensive attention to uncover. Our main goal with that comprehensive inspection was to give you a clear, honest picture of the vehicle's health.
