Dripping Springs Auto has the heart and pride you want for services handling your vehicle. I went in for an oil change and enjoyed being able to see every step if I wanted to through their waiting window. It did not take much time and was a smooth experience overall!

10/10. Was looking for a trustworthy place for my 1999 4runner. Got the oil changed and had a plethora of questions. Dripping Springs Auto had all the answers and took the time to educate me. I thorougly enjoyed this visit. Will be bringing my vehicle back.

I went in to get a second opinion on whether I needed brake pad replacements. Was received promptly and got the diagnosis that I indeed needed new brake pads. Was advised that my vehicle may still be under warranty. The technician went a bit further by Googling the issue. In the end I went back to the dealership for the service but I appreciated the experience and what felt like honest, attentive service. Will use DS Automotive in the future.

I came in because a different mechanic told me I needed my rear shocks replaced. This other mechanic was going to charge me $500 more than what dripping springs automotive quoted me. I asked around and had family members that recommended this place- and I’m glad they did! Reasonable prices and they were very through! I did not have anyone to drive me back home after I dropped off my car, so they drove me home! Very kind people! They even stayed past closing so I could get my keys!

THIS IS WHY I COME BACK! Dripping Springs Automotive is the only place I’m taking my work truck that I depend on. I am part of their VIP Program (pssssst, YOU should be to), and they definitely make me feel very important. They understand that my vehicle is my business. I brought my work truck in for an oil change, got a FREE vehicle inspection done also (it’s the VIP package), then I got a ride home from Whit (part of the front desk brain trust at Dripping Springs Automotive). Luke (front desk brain trust also) called a little later, told me my truck was ready to be picked up, and gave me a review of what was found in the inspection. I won’t bore you with the technical talk, but some things needed immediate attention. I was able to bring my truck back THE NEXT DAY (Friday) at 12:30pm to start having the repairs done. Monday morning rolls around, Luke calls me at 8:30am with the great news that my truck was ready. Their technician was able to complete the repairs so fast, my truck was only out of the field for less than five hours. Then, it’s back on the road and driving better than before. Seriously, if you rely on your truck for work, Dripping Springs Automotive is the place to take it to keep it running. With services like their VIP package, pick up/drop off concierge, and even loaner cars; you can get your vehicle fixed without ever slowing down.

Brought my truck in to have inspected and have the fluids changed. Got my truck in the same day I called and returned the next afternoon. Service exceeded all my expectations. They pointed out things that didnt need to be done immediately but should be addressed some miles down the road.
