I had a coolant leak repaired that started leaking again after driving my truck a little. Called them up, brought it back on and they repaired it again with no additional charge. Turns out it was a manufacturers defective part. Thanks Ryan and gang!

They were really friendly but didn't have the best communication. They said they were looking at it when I called and said he would call me back in an hour or so but did not. When I called the following day they were apparently looking at it again ( there was a lot of issues in their defense) again said they would call me back and didn't and had to call them back again. I would have just appreciated a call to let me know they needed more time instead of me calling back multiple times. I didn't get any work done because my van was toast but the inspection and to run diagnostics was about $450-475ish just to look at it so it was bit pricey in my opinion.

To help piece together what happened, our system call logs show several calls to the primary contact number ending in xx38 that unfortunately went unanswered. We also had several days pass between the time we sent your detailed vehicle inspection report and when we received the approval to continue. It wasn't until we reached out to the alternate phone number ending in xx76 that we were able to connect. As you mentioned, your van had a complex list of multiple concerns that required extensive attention to uncover. Our main goal with that comprehensive inspection was to give you a clear, honest picture of the vehicle's health. I hope the findings we provided ultimately helped you make the right decision to move on from the van before investing thousands of dollars into repairs that you wouldn't see back.
