My family had a bit of a break down about a mile away from here, so we came in about 20 minutes before closing time, and they were generous with their time picking up a heater valve near by and replacing it for us to continue our family vacation, thanks so much to the team here. Ryan was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service. I took my car with 130,000 miles in there and they not only fixed everything, they showed me the wear and tear items that might be an issue in the future (without making me feel like I had to fix everything right then). They also went above and beyond to fix a broken dip stick issue that could have cost thousands without charging me thousands :) I definitely recommend them.

I have to tell you as a car and truck enthusiast; I have met many repair shops around the country and Pro Tech / Dripping Springs Auto is by far the finest, most knowledgeable, and experienced. Ryan took the extra time to diagnose my classic truck’s problem, explained the inner workings of the engine parts, why they failed, and what the recommendation to a smoothly running engines were. They were transparent, honest, and with a price that communicates integrity and service. This is my place from now on, so much so that I want to help Ryan setup an engine training course on Saturdays. More to come!

Dripping Springs Auto works on our fleet vehicles and they stand behind their repairs. They fixed one of our cars with a known manufacturer defect in the fuel pump motor. Due to the poor design of the part and newness of the vehicle initially there was no after market part available for installation. When the OEM part failed again, the dealership had in stock an after market part which ProTech secured and installed at no additional charge to get the car repaired. We were within the warranty ProTech has and they took care of us quickly. Thanks ProTech for standing behind your parts and labor.
