My radiator died while I was driving on Hwy 290 and I had my vehicle towed to Dripping Springs Automotive. Ryan performed a through inspection to prevent any future problems and Marvin kept me informed during the repair process. My vehicle was repaired in one day and runs better than ever! I want to recommend Dripping Springs Auto to anyone who needs work done to their car. They are owned by an amazing, local Christian Dripping Springs family. I went in yesterday for an oil change, tire rotation and brake check. They not only gave me exceptional service with friendly workers but also told me that they did not want to fix my brakes until they could check to see if they were under warranty or not and could be fixed for free at the dealership. They truly have our best interest in mind. Please support local, family-owned businesses.

Silly mistake made a great experience into an OK experience. I needed my catalytic converter replaced. It was causing the check engine light to come on. I purchased the parts online and wanted them to do the labor. They quoted a great price, cheaper than many muffler shops around. They completed the work in about 4 hours. When picking up the car I specifically asked if the check engine light had gone off. They stated they had reset the computer and it should be off. The minute I got in the car I noticed the light was on. I drove home thinking the light might turn off after several miles and it didn’t. I also noticed my cruise control would not set to any speeds. I called them and left a message with my number, asking if they might have left off a cable that I could plug back in once I got home. I never received a phone call in return. Once I got home I looked under the hood and found that they had disconnected the mass airflow sensor during the repairs. At some point they must have forgotten to put it back in place. This caused 4 additional error codes in the computer, and also prevents your cruise control from setting to a given speed. I reconnected the sensor and cleared the computer. Everything seems to be working fine now. Silly mistake made a great experience into an OK one. The staff was professional. The price was competitive. The facilities clean and well maintained. Repairs were done in an expedient manner. Edit: Friday March 1st 2019 Ryan called me and apologized for the mistake that was made, and offered to make it right. I appreciate the offer to make it right and reaching out to me. This shows the business cares about customer service and making sure we have a good experience, as well as doing the job right the first time. They will definitely get another opportunity from me. Edit: April 15th 2019 Took my car back in because the bolts for the after market part I purchased online either sheered off or came out. My catalytic converter was loose and causing the check engine light to come on. The guys replaced all 5 bolts with better parts, did it in less than 24 hours, and at a very competitive price. I appreciate their hard work.
