Absolutely wonderful experience with Dripping Springs Auto and they're definitely my go-to shop from now on. My a/c wasn't working well in my hot-natured '01 Viper GTS and right before I left for a roadtrip they serviced it and it worked so well my wife had to stop and buy a blanket and fuzzy socks for the trip. Received a follow-up to see how things were going with it, which i've never had a shop do, and they offered to give a check on it in a few months to see how it was doing. Thank you Ben and Ryan for doing things right!

This was my first oil change for our 2024 Subaru Forrester Wilderness as the free oil changes at City Limits Subaru were over. I've always had above and beyond service at Dripping Springs Automotive and this time was no exception. What I also enjoyed about this service was yet again witnessing an elderly mechanic bring his car in as he was stumped and the owner actually trouble shooting his electrical problem, fixing his problem, then not charging him as the owner considered the fix to minor to charge him even though he spent 15 minutes with him and used his special equipment to locate and fix the problem.

Ryan, the owner of Dripping Springs Automotive, and I share a common interest in Porsches. Although just an oil and filter change for my 911, he actually completed the work himself with care and in a timely manner. I had my diesel truck worked on there, had a great experience and would highly recommend using them, had about 3,000 dollars of work done. Very professional people that will take care of you.
