The whole group there were just so nice, they checked my whole car out and gave me any issues that may need to be fixed, no pressure, just being informative. Fast at getting back with you. Luke and Marvin were a great help. I’ll be back.

During the freeze my car was in the shop, and they got hit hard, no power, trees everywhere. Through it all they managed to take care of business with a smile. And my car has never been happier.

They did a great job of bringing my car up to date on some maintenance items I had been neglecting. They are courteous and professional. The app they use to document results of the car inspection is state of the art and includes pictures of the car's inspection points e.g. drive shaft, wheel bearings. The shop is super clean.

Every time I go in, all I hear is laughter and good natured heckling. I think that speaks volumes for the quality of work environment Ryan fosters. Marvin and Luke are quick to greet and remember my name. The service is excellent and careful (as in they take care to make it right). Thank you!!

Dripping Spirngs Automotive combines skill with excellent customer service which results in very happy customers. The repair or maintenance is explained in simple terms. Suggestions for preventative maintenance are provided in writing. Costs are discussed up front as well as alternatives should the situation require it. Dripping Springs Automotive conducted a detailed inspection of my car. They were really helpful and honest about which services could be delayed vs. those that were critical. There was no pressure in trying to increase services. I met the owner, Ryan, when picking up my car. He was so courteous. He made sure to give each customer individualized attention. I will definitely return to this family-run, local business in the future! Just an honest, flexible and completely customer-oriented business.

Made an appointment but a glitch in the system it did not get logged in. But they went out of their way to accommadate me.
