4 stars for customer service! Marvin was very friendly, the loaner car saved my busy day and I appreciated the detailed report with pictures and descriptions. I also love supporting local businesses. The cost was really *really* high compared to the average cost range for the part/repair needed. I did not have time for a second opinion unfortunately, and it sounded like it was going to be very labor intensive, so I gulped and went for it but it definitely hurt our little family a lot to spend so much! My vehicle was ready to pick up much sooner than anticipated, which was great but also had us saying hmmm about the cost as well. Bottom line, the issue is fixed and our bank account will recover, but I’ll probably be more diligent about getting multiple quotes next time I need a repair.
