Like another reviewer has said, this place is the status quo for auto shops. The first thing you notice when you come here is how damn clean the place is. The office, and the shop floor is impeccable. They don't hesitate to let you walk through the shop too so you can see what they are doing to your vehicle, and all of the employees are polite and easy to talk to. I have had a handful of things done to my Jeep by them: replace AC compressor and evaporator, full steering alignment, and replace AC blower motor and resistor. All at reasonable prices, considering that their service is top notch. I would have had them fix my brakes, but because money was tight, I only had Evan diagnose the problem. After I told him that I was gonna fix it myself, instead of just leaving me to the wolves (because I didn't "pay for it") he gave me a full description of what I'll need to do to fix it myself. That's what impressed me the most. As well, their receptionist, Marvin, is also a mechanic and can almost tell you what's wrong with your vehicle just by sitting on the phone with him. I don't know what the 2-star reviewer has against Protech, but take it from me that I'll go nowhere else than Protech to get my vehicle taken care of.
