I found Dripping Springs Automotive through the reviews on their site and based on these I called Marvin to ask if they could figure out why the heat wasn't working in my 2007 Honda. Marvin assured me his team works on Hondas and could diagnose the problem and offer a fix. Marvin invited me to come in and was able to get me in as quickly as I could get there (in 20 minutes). When I arrived we discussed possible things that could be wrong. When I hesitated to go through a whole diagnostic process Marvin very kindly offered to do a "courtesy check". He came back into the office 10 minutes later and said my car was fixed! He had found the problem and was able to fix it immediately, and at no charge. Marvin is very personable and clearly has great expertise as do his technicians. Having such a great shop so near me is terrific, so I'll be sticking with Marvin.
